• All products are prepared fresh; availability may vary by season and stock.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
• Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received (unless cash on delivery is available).

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Pakistan only.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service. We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
• Once an order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of sweets and bakery items, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
• If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video), and we will review your request.

5. Payments

• We accept payments via cash on delivery and other payment options available at checkout.
• All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
